• Support the HR Lead in managing the full cycle of the recruitment process
• Support the company’s cultural vision
• Be a driving force to innovate and continuously improve HR standards
• Foster a learning environment
• Support the HR Lead with admin tasks (e.g. employee records, process payroll)
• Be a daily point of contact for employees

• 2+ years experience in a People Operations role
• Able to work from our office in Berlin
• Remarkable people skills
• Fluent level German and English communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
