Job Short Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Community Manager to join our team at Nakapad. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and engagement of our community across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and growing our community presence on social media channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Creating engaging content and moderating discussions to keep the community active and informed.
- Building and nurturing relationships with community members, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Organizing and coordinating community events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions.
- Providing regular reports and insights on community engagement and sentiment to relevant teams.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in community management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive community growth.
- Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto space.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Salary & location:

- $500-$600/month + ($20,000/year bonus in token)

- Remote position
